I received this photo of a knitted flower on a tree, from Okadascat, North Yorkshire, asking if i would participate in her purple themed mail art. I then received the green themed collage as a reply to my work i sent her as green is my favourite colour :) Thank you Okadascat! I look forward to your contribution to my project as well :)

Sorry for my lack of blogging recently, i have been very busy with my studying. On the up side, i have received lots of amazing mail art. This first post is from Roland Halbritter, Germany. His memory was about him talking to the sun when a young boy. He sent an old photograph repeated like stamps along with the postcard. I also loved all the stamps on the envelope. Thanks Roland!

I have recently decided to start a mail art project, after being encouraged and inspired by a friend, and so i've created a blog to post up the art works i receive.

My mail art project is to do with childhood memories. I want you to send me a postcard depicting any memories you have from your younger years in any media you wish.
